1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize you need to cancel your order. Here’s what you need to know:

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is in the processing or shipping stage, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at Sales@meshclothing.in or through our [Contact Form]. Include your order number and a brief message stating that you wish to cancel your order.

Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

2. Refund Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Our goal is to ensure you love your MeshClothing items, and we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

Return Window: You have 05 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your purchase.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must also be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at Sales@meshclothin.in or via our number Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you want to return.

Return Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, Refund will be credit to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part. We will ship the new exchange product free of charge for one time only

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

How to Report: Include photos of the defective or incorrect item(s) in your message to help us address the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return conditions.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item). The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
